Capitol Park Barnsley, by Junction 37 of the M1, is one of the most successful business parks in South Yorkshire. First launched by Sterling Capitol in 2005, the 36 acre has helped to create more than 500 jobs and provide a significant boost to the region’s economy.

Since then, the NHS has signed a deal to build a new 75,000 sq ft bespoke blood facility at Capitol Park Meanwhile Gem Imports have bought a new 70,000 sq ft unit on the business park for £5.46 million.
Capitol Park Barnsley is situated immediately adjacent to J37 M1 and 2 miles from Barnsley Town Centre. Sheffield, Rotherham and Wakefield are within easy reach as is the M62, M18 and A1(M) Motorways.
